Welcome to La Casa de Ensueño , a stylish and comfortable holiday home in the charming coastal town of San Pedro del Pinatar , on the beautiful Costa Cálida. Thanks to its central location, the beach, promenade, restaurants, and shops are all within walking distance. The perfect place for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.
The house is suitable for up to 5 people and has been furnished with care to make you feel right at home immediately. With three comfortable bedrooms , two modern bathrooms , and an atmospheric living area, there is plenty of room to enjoy time together, while everyone also has sufficient privacy.
Ideal location
From the house, you can reach the boulevard within a few minutes, where you can enjoy a wide range of restaurants, cozy terraces, and bars. The beach, with various beach bars, is also just a 8 minute walk away . For daily groceries, the Dia supermarket is located approximately a 9-minute walk away .
Thanks to the central location, you hardly need a car and can easily explore the surroundings on foot or by bicycle.

The remaining amount is to be paid 7 days before arrival.

100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €300 is held on 1 days before arrival and voided on 7 days after departure
Notes
- Your host will personally welcome you at the accommodation. To ensure a smooth arrival, please provide your estimated time of arrival and send a message one hour before you arrive. If you wish to check in after 11:00 PM or check out before 7:00 AM, an additional fee of €25 in cash will apply. This service is available upon request.
- Bed linen and towels are included in the nightly rate.
- Parties are not allowed
- Smoking is not allowed in the house
- A maximum of two dogs is allowed, subject to prior agreement. Any damage caused by the animal(s), either inside or outside the property, must be covered by the guest.
- A maximum of 4 persons is permitted on the property at any one time.
