Who are we?
Welcome to our website! We are Natalie and Roland, the driving forces behind this wonderful company. Our adventure began seven years ago when we took the leap and moved to Spain. From running a cozy bed & breakfast to managing various properties in sunny Spain, we have come a long way.

Natalie
Natalie is the powerhouse behind Holiday Mar Menor. With her immense strength, perseverance, and hospitality, she has shaped Holiday Mar Menor into what it is today. Besides her business successes, Natalie enjoys walking, exercising, and connecting with people. Her open and friendly nature ensures that many feel right at home.

Roland
Roland is the indispensable man behind the scenes, always ready to take care of the small tasks in and around our properties. His passion for sports, especially padel and crossfit, keeps him fit and energetic. Are you up for the challenge with him? In addition to his maintenance work, Roland is also a freelance recruiter in the Dutch market, where he uses his expertise and people skills to find the perfect match between employers and employees.

Our family
Together, we have two wonderful children who share our adventurous spirit. Our family decided seven years ago to start a new life in Spain, and we haven't regretted it for a moment. We enjoy the beautiful surroundings, the delightful climate, and the opportunity to share our passion for hospitality with others.

Our passions
We are an active family who loves discovering new places. We make many trips throughout Spain, enjoy traveling to other countries, and love walking in the woods. Interested in having a drink at the beach? We're often up for that too!
