At the beginning of 2026, several parts of the property were refreshed and upgraded. The villa now features a brand-new modern kitchen, much of the indoor furniture has been renewed, and much of the outdoor area has been enhanced with new furniture and a new BBQ area.

The separate guest house (studio) has also been totally renovated, creating a comfortable and private space for (additional) guests.

Private Garden & Heated Swimming Pool

The villa is situated on a spacious private plot, offering plenty of privacy and room to relax. At the heart of the garden is the private heated swimming pool, fitted with an electric safety cover for extra peace of mind.

The outdoor area is perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle. Relax on the comfortable outdoor furniture, enjoy meals together in the garden, or spend long summer evenings around the BBQ.

The Main Villa

The main villa comfortably accommodates families and larger groups.

There are four bedrooms and one bathroom.

One bedroom features a single bed with an additional pull-out single bed underneath, making it ideal for children or extra guests. Behind this room is another bedroom with a bunk bed. The remaining two bedrooms each have a comfortable double bed.

The villa also offers a spacious living room and a brand-new fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Private Guest House (Studio)

Adjacent to the swimming pool is a separate private guest house (studio), providing extra comfort and privacy.

The studio includes a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a separate shower room and a separate toilet. It is perfect for grandparents, friends or couples who would like their own private space while staying together with the rest of the group.

Discover Pinar de Campoverde

Pinar de Campoverde is a peaceful village surrounded by pine forests and beautiful natural scenery. Despite its tranquil location, all daily amenities are close by.

Restaurants, cafés, bars and local shops are within a four-minute walk, while the SPAR supermarket is only a four-minute drive away.

Nature lovers will enjoy the nearby Río Seco Natural Park, just a three-minute drive away, where beautiful walking trails take you through impressive rock formations and a natural riverbed.

The beautiful sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca can be reached in approximately 15 minutes, while the famous therapeutic mud baths of Lo Pagán are only 25 minutes away. Several excellent golf courses are also located within a short drive.
