The remaining amount is to be paid 7 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €300 is held on 1 days before arrival and voided on 7 days after departure
Notes
Bed linen and towels are included in the nightly rate.
For check-ins after 11:00 PM, an additional fee of 25 euros is payable directly to the key holder.
For check-outs before 7:00 AM, a fee of 25 euros will also be charged to the key holder.
